Compression Support
CompleteView’s recording engine supports Motion JPEG, MPEG-4 and H.264 compression. Supported formats allow for live view, recording and playback in all major non-proprietary compression formats. Analog cameras and supported IP Cameras can now be recorded with advanced compression such as H.264 to reduce bandwidth and storage requirements by 50% as compared to MPEG4 and 80% as compared to Motion JPEG.
