Brian Carle has worked with video security technologies for 20 years. In the greater part of his career with Salient Systems, he worked as the Director of Product Strategy, where Brian oversaw the Salient VMS and NVR product lines and development of new product offerings. In his current role with Salient, as Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts, Brian manages Salient’s OEM channel partners.

Grant Cowan has spent more than 15 years in the video management software industry as a trusted advisor to his customers by helping find creative solutions for the problems that exist for retailers and other end users. Today, Grant is the Director of National Accounts for Salient Systems where he focuses on regional and national project design and deployment.
Chief Product Officer
Sanjay Challa is Salient's Chief Product Officer, and brings years of experience in product marketing and product management in both hardware and software technology products. Sanjay obsesses over customers and the VMS market in order to keep Salient's products useful, relevant, and enjoyable. Prior to Salient, Sanjay was the Director of Product at Datical, and prior to that the Director of Product at Hypori. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech.
