Rollback Instructions

The following instructions specify the steps required to roll back a CompleteView Recording Server to a version previous to 7.2. The procedure is intended to be performed by experienced IT personnel with advanced CompleteView knowledge as there are a number of steps requiring administrator privileges or are manual in nature.
