I’m excited to share the highlights from our Q1 2024 release. Firstly, we’re thrilled to introduce the MySalient portal, a unified online experience bringing together various services such as software downloads, cloud insights, and partner information into one platform. Users can create an account or log in directly from our homepage, with customized experiences based on their account type. Whether you’re an end user or integrator, the MySalient portal streamlines interaction with our tools and services. Additionally, we’ve enhanced the Spotlight utility, expanding its functionality beyond access door stations to include a variety of devices. This standalone utility provides interactive pop-up alerts for operators, perfect for security personnel and receptionists. The update ensures continuity for users upgrading from the previous version, with support for legacy access devices. However, note that the new Spotlight requires management server version seven.
